FOOD & DRINK

The Club Aspire Lounge Heathrow Terminal 5 offers a complimentary freshly prepared, seasonal menu throughout the day. From opening until 11am you can enjoy the classic Club Aspire breakfast, served in buffet style serving up fresh croissants, fruits, yogurts, bacon, sausages, eggs and much more.

From 11am onwards, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold dishes, cold cuts, snacks and desserts. Please also consult our menu to see which vegetarian and gluten free options will be available during your visit.

Free teas, coffees, juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (including beers, wines and spirits) are also served up at this lounge via the fully tended bar. Spey Whiskey is also available at this lounge.

PressReader is a new, complementary service at this lounge and is accessed via the lounge Wifi. To access PressReader, please follow these steps:

Log onto the lounge WiFi
Once on the WiFi either open up an internet browser and visit pressreader.com or go to your App store on your device and download the PressReader App to start viewing your favourite publications.

By downloading the PressReader App, the Club Aspire Lounge access will allow you to download and read any publications from PressReader even after you disconnect from the WiFi and leave the lounge (meaning your in-flight reading materials are all sorted).

WORK ZONES

For those travelling on business a seat at the work desks will allow guests to continue the working day in comfort. The high bar work desks boast a host of charging points with UK, US and USB ports meaning that any device can be plugged in and charged ready for the flight ahead.

With the free and unlimited WiFi you can catch up on emails, update social networks or simply browse the web. It's fast and free for guests of the lounge.

FAQs

Does this lounge accept Priority Pass?

Yes, this lounge accepts Priority Pass members subject to availability on the day.

Can I use this lounge if I am not flying from Terminal 5?

No, due to security restrictions you can only use this lounge if you are departing from Terminal 5. We also have a lounge in Terminal 3 for flights departing from there. Unfortunately we do not have lounges in T1, T2 or T4.

Does this lounge have a view?

The lounge has a fantastic view due to its unique position within Terminal 5. It it fully surrounded by windows to the north / east side of the lounge.

Can I earn Aspire Rewards™️ points at this lounge?

Unfortunately not. The Club Aspire Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 is not included in the scheme.

How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?

We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don't offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you've travelled through and airport recently, you'll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you're looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you.

Who are airport lounges open to?

All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It's a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn't the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.

Important Information

London Heathrow Terminal 5

Please be advised that Club Aspire Lounge at LHR T5 is located within Terminal 5A. We ask guests with flights departing from Terminal 5B and 5C to allow sufficient transit time between T5A and T5B & T5C.

Cardholders

This lounge can be accessed using certain card membership schemes. Please check with your provider as to whether this lounge is included with your particular membership. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pre-book your stay using a lounge membership card.

Confirmations

Guests will need to take their emailed booking confirmation in order to gain access to the lounge. This can be printed prior to arrival.

Alternatively, this lounge will accept confirmations shown on a smartphone or those added to Apple Wallet / Passbook.

Delays

As you're booking direct through us (executivelounges.com), you are covered for delays if and when they occur. This means that should your flight be delayed for any reason, you and your booked party will be welcome to stay in the lounge until your flight departs or the lounge closes.

Catching Your Flight

All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.

Length of Stay

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.

Washroom Facilities

Washroom facilities are available a very short walk outside of the lounge.

We're Open to All Travelers

We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.

Drinks, Snacks & Hot Food

Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge. We do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.

Some items are only available at selected times of the day (ie breakfast items). Champagne and Prosecco are available for an additional charge during the booking process. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18.

Getting to the Gate

To maintain a calm and peaceful ambience in our lounges, we don’t make flight announcements. Please make sure that you keep an eye on the flight information screens and leave enough time to get from the lounge to the gate.

Children & Infants

The lounge accepts children but we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No Booking Fees

We do not charge booking fees and there are no other hidden fees in making a booking through us (executivelounges.com).

Dress Code

We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed 'Smart-Casual' dress code to reflect this.

This means we do allow items not typically associated with smart casual so that you can travel comfortably such as; Smart shorts (Chino Shorts / Cargo Shorts), Sandals, Smart Trainers, Non-Sport Fashion Tracksuits, Hooded Tops, Smart T-Shirts, Jeans etc.

We don’t allow clothing such as (but not limited to); Vest tops for men, Football / Rugby Team Shirts, Clothing with offensive slogans, baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress, onesies or ostentatious Christmas jumpers…(well ok, Christmas jumpers are fine).
