What to expect when you book into an Aspire Lounge

Each Aspire lounge offers a great range of facilities for guests to enjoy before boarding their flight. Not a lot of people realise that they can enter an airport lounge, but our lounges are open to every traveller no matter which airline or class of travel.

When you enter the lounge, almost all food, drink and facilities are free of charge as part of your entry fee. We do have additional items available to purchase in Aspire and Club Aspire lounges, including our premium drinks and in some lounges, full meals.

Below are some of the Aspire Lounge Facilities you can expect to enjoy during your visit.

	FREE WiFi Whether you need to work, do some last-minute destination research or simply 'check-in' on Facebook and score some bragging points with your friends, connecting to our free WiFi is simple. WiFi is also unlimited, so surf away at your heart's content.
	COMPLIMENTARY FOOD Pasta, Light snacks, Cakes, Pastries, Fruit, Soup, Salads - the list goes on and on. All of the Aspire, Club Aspire and AspirePlus menus have been tried and tested by the Aspire Team.Find out more information on the food we offer. Find out more information on the food we offer.
	COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS Included in your entrance fee are a huge range of premium soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, hot drinks and fruit juice. Indulge in a glass of wine, fight the effects of jet lag with plenty of coffee or simply settle down with a soft drink - it's up to you. We also offer a premium drinks menu at an additional charge, including cocktails, champagne and prosecco.
	FLIGHT INFORMATION So the ambience in the lounge stays peaceful and calm, we don't make flight announcements, but we do position plenty of flight information screens in our lounges so that you are always up to date with your flight's status.
	COMFORTABLE SEATS This is a basic one, but an important one. When you visit an Aspire lounge you can find the right seat for you. A sumptuous and cosy armchair, a relaxing, soft sofa, sociable soft bench seating or even a work chair and desk (if you really can't avoid working!). Whatever you need, your own perfect seat awaits.
	GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE We are proud of our teams and they have a wealth of knowledge about airports (some of them have been around for quite a while). Because of this, they really are experts and will always do their best to make your lounge stay a memorable one. If there is anything that they can do to make your stay even better - just ask.
	DELAY COVER When you book direct with Executive Lounges you get guaranteed delay cover in any Aspire. Only those who book direct at Executive Lounges are offered this benefit. (Unfortunately, London Heathrow T5 is not included)

Selected lounges have a bit more space or are in a great location in the airport which allows us to offer even more. A few of the best include:

RUNWAY VIEWS

Belfast City, Birmingham, Humberside, Inverness, London Heathrow T3 & T5, Edinburgh and Manchester Terminal 1 offer guests amazing views of the busy airports. Watch some of the world's biggest aircraft come and go from Heathrow and Manchester, the aircraft movements on the busy apron at Birmingham or, at Belfast, look past the runway and over to the iconic shipyards where the infamous Titanic was built. 

PRIVATE WORK ROOMS

A select few lounges have private workrooms with a desk, chair and plenty of charging points. The perfect spot to catch up on some work or make a private phone call.

QUIET ZONES

A dedicated area to sink into a comfortable seat and lose yourself for an hour or two. Some of our lounges which have dedicated Quiet Zones include the new Edinburgh Airport Aspire Lounge, Newcastle Airport Aspire Lounge, and many more. 

REST PODS

The Aspire Lounge in Luton contains Rest Pods allowing guests to fully recline in relative privacy for total relaxation before their flight.
