FOOD & DRINK
The Northern Lights Aberdeen airport lounge offers a wide variety of free food and drinks throughout the day. At breakfast, there is a buffet with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs with baps and rolls and also porridge. There is also a buffet for cereals, fruit juices, smoothies, pastries and a yoghurt bar.
From 11.00am the lounge offers a Scottish "antipasti" style selection of food choices. This includes local cheeses with dried and smoked meat and fish, as well as a hot daily special and a daily soup. There are complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including soft drinks available in the lounge too, ranging from tea and coffee to lager and spirits.
The Northern Lights lounge also serves beers by BrewDog and has local specialities available such as Dean’s Shortbread, Mackie’s crisps and The Bay fish cakes.
SPENDING TIME IN THE LOUNGE
The free and unlimited WiFi service allows you to catch up on those last minute emails or download the latest bestselling book. There are also a variety of complimentary magazines and newspapers you can flick through prior to your flight. The lounge has glorious, panoramic runway views, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the anticipation of your holiday or trip in the comfort of the Northern Lights lounge in Aberdeen.
Priority Pass and Dragon Pass card holders are granted lounge access at this lounge but cannot pre-book a visit. Entry with either of these cardholder membership schemes will be subject to availability on the day.
