Sit back in one of the comfortable seats and help yourself to a wide range of complimentary snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

If you are travelling for business, then use your time to catch up on some last minute emails by connecting to the free Wi-Fi, or finish off some work at one of the work desks that are available. Televisions, newspapers and magazines are also available to enjoy whilst you are in the lounge, so sit back and relax in the comfort of the Aspire Lounge.

Who are airport lounges open to?

All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It's a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn't the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.

How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?

We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don't offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you've travelled through and airport recently, you'll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you're looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you.

Important Information

Catching Your Flight

All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.

We're Open to All Travelers

We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.

Drinks, Snacks & Hot Food

Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge. We do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.

Some items are only available at selected times of the day (ie breakfast items). Champagne and Prosecco are available for an additional charge during the booking process. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18.

Length of Stay

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.

Children and Infants

The Vitosha Aspire Lounge does not accept children under the age of 2. All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The lounge is located within Terminal 2 on level 0
Proceed through Immigration Control and take the escalator down.

Normal Opening Hours

Open daily 4am to 10.30pm

Dress Code

We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this.

We do ask that guests refrain from wearing items such as baseball caps, sportswear (football shorts / tracksuits etc), football shirts or items of clothing with offensive slogans.

The lounge had a good range of drinks and snacks, was immaculately clean with attentive staff. It just lacked a bit of atmosphere on my visit as was very quiet - at one point I was the only person in there. Some background music or more ambient lighting might have made it feel more homely. Overall though a pleasant visit

Booking online was impossible to payment system malfunction. A really polite lady called me from UK to make the payment over the phone. Airport staff in SOF were not aware of this website (only knew purchase can be made via LougeBuddy) so I had to explain in detail to few different employees how I purchased the passes. Aspire Vitosha Lounge wasn't big, but was comfortable enough. Seating was excellent! Staff on duty was polite and escorted us all the way to the gate. Food wasn't stellar, but drink selection was quite sufficient, and they had really nice, clean glasses to enjoy your drinks in. Nuts were really good quality!
